About me
Felecia Zigler Pettway joined LSA in 2017 as the Managing Attorney of the Selma Office and has served as the Director of Development since 2019. I am responsible for managing the development and communication department while planning, developing, and implementing new programs and projects. I manage the flow of communication and information between the organization and the public and manage the communications department’s direct marketing, public relations, and social media initiative. I co-chair our organization's Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative, including the development of policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace and address harassment and issues that protect minority groups.
