About me
Liz (she/her) is Interim Co-Director & Chief Partnerships Officer at Pro Bono Net, the leading nonprofit access to justice innovator in the US with a 25-year history of impact. Liz has played a leadership role in Pro Bono Net’s program strategy for more than a decade, working with legal aid organizations and community justice partners to build online legal help resources and self-advocacy tools that serve more than 8 million people a year. Prior to joining Pro Bono Net, Liz managed community technology projects at the University of Michigan, coordinated advocacy and education campaigns on issues impacting women’s health, civil rights, economic security and freedom from violence, and worked to increase the number of women running for office. She holds a master's degree focused on public interest tech from the University of Michigan, a certificate from the Legal Empowerment Leadership program at Central European University’s School of Public Policy, and is a Fastcase 50 honoree. Liz hails from South Jersey originally and now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
