About me

I reside in San Diego, CA, and work remotely in my role as Managing Attorney for the Mobile Home Project ("MHP"). Our MHP Team includes 3 additional Staff Attorneys, 2 Community Workers, and an Admin Legal Secretary.

Our Team represents mobile home owners in affirmative litigation against MH Parks for breach of lease, habitability issues, and Park's failure to follow its own Rules and Regulations, among other causes of action. In addition, our MH Team defends MH Owners facing eviction through unlawful detainer actions filed by a MH Park.
