About me
Cynthia Sadkin is Chief Strategy Officer at Legal Aid Chicago. As a staff attorney and then as a supervisor, she practiced a wide range of poverty law for over two decades. She was the chief architect for Legal Aid Chicago’s original Client Screening Unit and was on the design team for Illinois’ statewide online intake system. Cynthia was an early adopter of Business Process Analysis in legal aid, working with pro bono consultants as far back as 2013 to improve work flows and efficiencies for client screening. Her collaborative approach creates opportunities for partnership with service providers and other legal aid programs to provide holistic and client-centered services to clients and community members.
