About me
Greg Kochansky is Vice President, Thought Leadership at the American Arbitration Association. He is building the AAA-ICDR Institute, an internal think tank with focus areas including access to justice, court-connected ADR, and fairness in employment and consumer arbitration. The Institute also oversees the AAAiLab, where the AAA shares cutting-edge insights on the use of AI at the AAA and in ADR more generally.
Before joining the AAA, Greg practiced complex commercial litigation and worked in corporate communications at a professional services firm. He holds a B.A. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
