About me
Dr. Jenifer Wolf-Williams is the co-founder and executive director of Humanitarian Outreach for Migrant Emotional Health (H.O.M.E.), an immigration mental health nonprofit whose mission includes documenting accounts of human rights abuses, serving as expert witnesses for immigration petitions, and promoting immigration policies that preserve emotional health. She is a licensed mental health professional who began her practice in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where she served clients affected by the Salvadoran Civil War and by severe domestic violence. She later served asylum seekers in the Dallas metroplex, then expanded her work to
include Texas/Mexico border regions. Now through H.O.M.E., Dr. Wolf-Williams oversees clinical assessments across Texas, New Mexico, and California. Her doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne, California, strengthens her leadership of H.O.M.E. as it carries out its vital mission.
