Jennifer Zelnick is a Lead Program Analyst in the Office of Access & Inclusion at the State Bar of California. Jennifer's portfolio includes leading legal technology projects and policy work related to access to justice initiatives. Jennifer’s work on legal technology and generative AI helps legal aid organizations expand organizational capacity and shrink the justice gap. Prior to joining the State Bar of California, Jennifer completed a PhD in Anthropology at UC Irvine. An expert on the deportation process of criminalized Cambodian refugees, Jennifer volunteers as an expert witness in her free time.
