Maria Duvuvuei is the Special Projects Manager for the Legal Services Corporation (LSC). Prior to joining LSC, she served as Strategy Director of the mayoral transition committee for Shammas Malik, after successfully serving as Campaign Manager for his campaign for mayor of Akron. Maria formerly served as Chief Strategy Officer for Community Legal Aid in central northeast Ohio, where she led the organization's public relations, fundraising, strategy, and DEI efforts. Previously, Maria worked in healthcare and higher education in roles responsible for data analytics, employee engagement, strategic planning, and communications.
