With experience spanning grassroots organisations, senior management roles in large social purpose entities, and the Australian government, Martin has a diverse background as a hands-on leader, manager, and researcher. He has provided consulting services across 13 countries, working with clients from various sectors worldwide.

He is a trusted partner to organisations, offering a full spectrum of services designed to empower leaders, strengthen teams, and drive meaningful change.
